apibrėžtis Azijos valstybių, neturėjusių oficialių santykių su TOK, sporto varžybos. Pradėtos rengti dėl TOK ir kai kurių Azijos šalių (Indonezijos, Kinijos) nesutarimų: į IV Panazijos žaidynes Džakartoje (Indonezija) šeimininkai nepakvietė Taivano ir Izraelio sportininkų. Tokį poelgį TOK palaikė diskriminacija ir neparėmė Panazijos žaidynių. Kaip atsaką 1963 m. Indonezija Džakartoje surengė pirmąsias Naujųjų sporto jėgų žaidynes. Antrosios įvyko 1966 m. Pnompenyje (Kambodža). Trečiosios turėjo vykti 1969 m. Pekine (Kinija), bet dėl kultūrinės revoliucijos buvo atšauktos. Ketvirtosios įvyko 1971 m. Pekine. Tik į stalo teniso varžybas atvyko sportininkų iš kitų šalių. Tai reiškė Naujųjų sporto jėgų žaidynių galą.
